LCF Week of Activities
The Lawyers’ Christian Fellowship, Jamaica, will be celebrating its annual Week of Activities, from November 5 to 7, 2010. This year’s primary event is a collaboration with Advocates Caribbean, in presenting a Conference under the theme, “Truth and the Nation”.
The Conference will be held at the Knutsford Court Hotel, Ruthven Road, Kingston 10 from Friday, November 5 to Sunday, November 7, 2010 beginning with a Gala dinner on the evening of November 5, 2010. The keynote speaker will be Mr. David Henry, distinguished Attorney-at-Law and Pastor of the Swallowfield Chapel.
Comprising Attorneys from Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Antigua, St. Lucia, Guyana and other English-speaking territories, Advocates Caribbean is linked with Advocates International, a worldwide fellowship of advocates bearing witness of Jesus Christ through the legal profession. Through regional and international speakers, the Conference aims to inform participants of developments and fresh perspectives on various topical issues affecting the individual and the nation. There will be opportunity for open discussion and exchange of experiences as well as establishing support networks to cooperation on common issues.
Participation options available are Gala only, Gala and conference, and Conference only.
