Ziggy Soul and Superintendent Roderick Hewitt

Gospel artiste Ziggy Soul of the Rema/ Trench Town community and Superintendent Delroy Hewitt then in charge of Western Kingston Police Division among the panellists addressing the audience at the discussion forum entitled "Inner City Justice Issues" held at the Webster Memorial United Church Hall, Kingston, Jamaica on November 11, 2008. Other panelists included Dr. Henley Morgan - Head of the Agency for Inner City Renewal, Corporal Rohan James then of the Denham Town Police Station and Debbie Flokes of the Rema/ Trench Town communities. The panel was moderated by Stokeley Marshall then a Vice President of LCF. The discussion explored issues such as education, parenting, police excesses and the unofficial and informal justice systems that reportedly exist in some inner city communities.
